We built this fully waterproof jacket with our HELLY TECH® Performance waterproof/breathable technology and matte ripstop fabric. Elle adjusts at the hips so you can play with shape, and its adjustable cuffs and hem and two-way zipper let you modify your look. This shell also features reflectors for improved visibility in the dark.
