A simplified, revisited model. A worthy successor to the fan-favorite Escalante 1.5, the Escalante 4 features our FootShape Fit, for greater flexibility and lighter weight. For your fast-paced workouts, strolls or daily runs, this versatile, aerodynamic model is designed to cut through the road. Featuring a technical mesh upper for a more comfortable, wrap-around fit, it has a thin, flexible tongue, just like the Escalante fromorigine. We've redesigned the rubber midsole for greater lightness and flexibility, and a feeling of harmony with the road. The new insole evokes that of the iconic Escalante 1.5 and 2.0, and features the same Altra EGO™ midsole foam for greater responsiveness and comfort. Move freely, thanks to its wide toe box that encourages natural toe movement and its lack of drop. How did we manage to pack so much comfort and style into simple shoes?
