Thanks to a recipe developed in the two Michelin-starred kitchen of our chef Yoann Conte and our nutrition expert Benoit Nave, the new Baouw natural energy gel combines performance, naturalness and pleasure.

Unlike a classic energy gel made mostly of water, maltodextrin or glucose syrup, source with digestive problems and risks for your health, the Baouw energy gel is made from natural, 100% organic ingredients. The high fruit content gives you a natural sugar with no glycemic spike, which blends perfectly with agave syrup.

The glycemic index is particularly low: only 15, compared with 100 for glucose syrup and 90 on average for maltodextrin. Olive oil provides you with a source of good lipids that can be used directly during exercise, helping to smooth your blood sugar levels. The ingredients of Baouw energy gel are naturally rich in essential vitamins and micronutrients, including calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium.

However, traces of manufacturing in our workshops are possible.

In the "Fruits rouges - Hibiscus" recipe, the brightness of red fruits and the delicacy of hibiscus blend perfectly, creating a gourmet, comforting product that's not overpowering, ideal for accompanying your moments of effort. Conventional energy gels are a thing of the past, because in the absence of fruit, their "flavor" comes only from aromas that often leave a chemical aftertaste.

Thanks to our expert nutritionist and star chef Yoann Conte, the gel doesn't irritate the intestine, which is already inflamed from exertion, so it's much easier to digest. It's also very practical, thanks to its compact, easy-to-grip, resealable bottle, which means it can be consumed in several doses. Non-sticky and fluid, it's easy to assimilate, and will also help you avoid the pasty mouthfeel of a classic energy gel.

You can consume up to 2 per hour to reach 60g of carbohydrates. It performs better than a conventional energy gel.

100% natural gels as opposed to ultra-transformed gels
Conventional energy gels are made mostly of water, maltodextrin and glucose syrup. Ultra Because they are -transformed, they can cause source digestive problems over the long term court. Their high glycemic index can also trigger serious health problems over the long term (diabetes, cirrhosis, etc.)

With our natural alternative made from organic fruit (around 60%) and agave syrup, enjoy the same energy as a classic gel over the court term, while preserving your health over the long term. Not to mention the taste of natural fruit, unlike the use of flavourings which often leave a chemical aftertaste.

This natural gel is also an innovation in terms of practicality. It can be consumed pure as an energy gel or diluted in 500ml of water to make an energy drink. It's a great way to achieve the carbohydrate levels your body needs by alternating between energy gel and energy drink.

Our organic natural gel is made with gluten-free and vegan ingredients. No added sugars and moderate glycemic index. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

Serving suggestions:
During a sports session, use 1 to 2 gels per hour, depending on intensity, pure or diluted in your water bottle with 500ml of water.

Storage recommendations: Store at room temperature. After opening, keep refrigerated for up to 48 hours.
