NUTRITION

Thanks to a recipe developed in the two Michelin-starred kitchen of our chef Yoann Conte and our nutrition expert Benoit Nave, the new Baouw natural energy gel combines performance, naturalness and pleasure.

Unlike a classic energy gel made mostly of water, maltodextrin or glucose syrup, source which can cause digestive problems and put your health at risk, the Baouw energy gel is made from natural, 100% organic ingredients. The high fruit content gives you natural sugar with no glycemic spike, and blends perfectly with agave syrup.

The glycemic index is particularly low: just 15, compared with 100 for glucose syrup and 90 on average for maltodextrin. Olive oil provides you with a source of good lipids that can be used directly during exercise, helping to smooth your blood sugar levels. The ingredients of Baouw energy gel are naturally rich in essential vitamins and micronutrients, including calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium.


Our ingredients are gluten-free.
However, traces of manufacturing in our workshops are possible.

Ingredients:

Agave syrup*, peach puree* 29.5%, rhubarb puree*, apple puree*, extra virgin olive oil*, tapioca starch*, lemon juice*, mint juice*, matcha tea powder* 0.1%, lemon juice concentrate*.

Our organic natural gel is made with gluten-free and vegan ingredients. No added sugars and moderate glycemic index. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

Serving suggestions: During a sports session, use 1 to 2 gels per hour, depending on intensity, pure or diluted in your water bottle with 500ml of water.

Storage instructions: Store at room temperature. After opening, keep refrigerated for up to 48 hours.
