Nature and health mashed together! This range of organic purées has been designed with sport in mind. Our nutritionist, a former top-level sportsman, has set the bar high. For a puree that's not a compote (no added sugar), no preservatives, no additives. Benoît has designed it to provide all the energy your body and your esprit need.

Our purées are also very tasty. Yes, tasty and healthy is possible! Our two-star chef Michelin has made sure that our purées are real desserts!

In the list of ingredients, we've only used everyday foods: healthy, noble, satiating and easily digestible. A concentrate of natural antioxidants (essential for staying in shape).

As the icing on the cake, your Baouw purées are concocted in a B Corp-certified workshop, a renowned label certifying the company's positive impact from a point societal and environmental point of view!

Our ingredients are gluten-free.
However, traces of manufacturing in our workshops are possible.

Baouw te offers a delicious alternative to ultra processed products, which are often not very appetizing in the mouth. And above all, a healthy, natural alternative. No chemicals, just simplicity. All natural. The trick? A 15-month use-by date! Thanks to the powerful antioxidants contained in the beautiful red fruits we've selected. Raspberry, cherry, strawberry, tous these fruits derive their colors from the protection they are forced to provide to withstand the elements. The result? They protect the mashed potatoes, and they protect us too.

Missing your lunch break? Start by eating a piece of fresh fruit, then some protein (two eggs, ham, goat's cheese...) and finish with our Framboise Fraise Basilic purée imagined by our Michelin-starred chef Yoann Conte from La Maison Bleue in Annecy. A touch of gastronomy to go, it never hurts!

Our organic nutritional puree is made with gluten-free and vegan ingredients. No added sugars and moderate glycemic index. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

Serving suggestions:
A purée every 20 minutes on average for very intense efforts.
A purée every 40 minutes on average for long-lasting efforts.
Also suitable as a healthy snack.
