• Makes every mountain outing a real pleasure: the lightweight Uphill 8 bag weighs just 340 g, ensuring a high degree of comfort. The main compartment with its asymmetrical opening offers a volume of 8 l and allows access to cell phone or energy bar in a flat elastic mesh pocket and a zipped side pocket, without having to remove the bike backpack. Multifunctional lacing on the front offers three functions: carrying a jacket with a full backpack; compression at the bottom for smaller luggage; and pole attachment. To keep the body well ventilated, we've integrated 3-D mesh on the back and shoulder straps. Reflective elements, a hydration system outlet and a rain cover in a pocket round out the features of this all-rounder. Tous materials have a high recycled content. The backpack's ultra-light silicone-coated main material is obtained using a certified mass balance method. The pyrolysis oil used in the manufacture of conventional polyamide is obtained from used tires. Chemical recycling reduces CO2 emissions by 60%. The Green Shape label from VAUDE guarantees an ecological, functional product made from bluesign®-certified sustainable materials.
